Hamilton Impressive in Modified Win
Matt Hamilton had to retire on lap 2 of last week’s feature after contact with another driver. On this night, Matt would take the green flag from the 4 th starting position, and after a few laps of battling with defending track champ, Nick Snell, Hamilton had a 3.5 second deficit to make up to the race leader Jeremy Rayburn. It took Matt about 6 laps to catch Rayburn and Hamilton quickly passed him for the lead. Hamilton then pulled away for what appeared to be a dominating performance although Matt only led only 5 laps. Rayburn finished second followed by Nick Snell, Mason Bilyeu, and Cory Skipton.
Heat race winners were Snell and Hamilton.

Will McRoberts started on the second row behind his sons, Corebin and Eli. It looked like both Corebin and Eli would have a good chance to finally beat their dad Will. Well, history has shown that Will has always beaten his sons. This night was no different. Corebin would have mechanical trouble and pull off the track. Eli couldn’t hold off his dad, and Will would take the lead and not look back. Ashton Cohee finished second followed by John Heaston, Eli McRoberts and Dylan Chase. Heat race winners were Corebin McRoberts and Will McRoberts.
