Hohlbein's Lawrenceburg outcome cut due to unapproved part
Abby Hohlbein's USAC Midwest Thunder start at Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, was on pace to be a perfect stat lifter, that until an unapproved part, as interpreted by USAC officials, cost Abby her evening, forcing the young lady out of Cloverdale, Ohio, to surrender all Lawrenceburg accomplishments. Hohlbein kicked-off the evening program with a heat race victory, racing on to lead an early portion of the 20-lap main event.
