Westerfeld Wins Soudrette Memorial!

Westerfeld drew the outside front row starting position but quickly made the move for the lead around Joss Moffatt who led the first 2 laps. A few late race cautions gave Westerfeld a slight challenge from CJ Leary but nothing he couldn’t hold off. The 25 lap feature ended up being a crash filled event with luckily no drivers hurt. CJ Leary ran second followed by Thomas Meseraull the current track point leader who started 15th, followed by Dickie Gaines driving the Jason Soudrette Racing #44, and Joss Moffatt rounding out the top 5. Garrett Abrams won the B main. The Kelsey Chevrolet Sprint return to the track on August 15th for the Dick Gaines Memorial.
